I'm here to share details about the error you received.

 

This error lets you know that you'll need to reactivate your QuickBooks subscription. Before doing so, ensure that you log in as the master or company administrator. Let me walk you through the steps to resubscribe:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Account and settings.
  2. Go to the Billing Subscription tab.
  3. Select Resubscribe.
  4. Update your billing information.
  5. Select Subscribe.
