Your agent mistakenly registered me under USA account instead of Ghana

I'm here to help ensure you're registered for QuickBooks Online for Ghana, usernujenixltd.

To start with, let's cancel your QuickBooks Online account for the US and subscribe again to the correct country.

Here's how to cancel the account:

1. Click the Gear icon ⚙ at the upper right corner and choose Account and Settings.
   
2. From the left panel, click the Billing and subscription tab.
3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
   
4. Tap the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
5. Follow the next steps. Tick the Submit and cancel the subscription.
6. Hit Got it.

After that, you can subscribe to a QuickBooks Online account for Ghana. See the steps below:

1. Go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
2. Select your country and choose the version of QuickBooks that fits your business.
   
3. Select Buy Now or SignUp for a free 30-day trial.
4. Type in the country, click Choose.
5. On the signup page, type in the same email address.
6. If it prompts you that this email address is already taken, select Sign in.
7. Enter your existing Intuit email address and password.

To verify if the account is fully canceled, you can reach out to our QuickBooks Online Support. From there, one of our team will work on creating case documentation and process a refund if necessary.

1. Click the Help (?) icon.

2. Choose Contact Us.

3. Enter a  brief description of your situation in the What can we help you with? area, then click Let's talk.

4. You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Get a call.
