Thanks for starting a discussion about your billing switch, @sribalajioils.

 

I can definitely guide you on how to update your subscription's billing renewal. You should be prompted to resubscribe as soon as you sign into the QuickBooks Online company. If not, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Settings ⚙ at the top.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings.
  4. Select Billing & Subscription, then Subscribe, and enter the updated company profile.
  5. Select Save.
  6. Select Payment Information type (Net Banking) and enter your bank information. Select Subscribe.

If you're still unable to resubscribe, I highly recommend contacting our live representatives. We have a dedicated team for customer service who can help with updating your subscription terms. Here's how to contact our India Support:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu then Search tab.
  2. At the bottom, select Contact us.
  3. Enter the keyword Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Press Let's talk.
  5. On the next screen, scroll down to the Choose a way to connect with us section.
  6. Choose Chat to initiate a discussion with a live agent. Our Live help is open Mondays through Fridays at 9:30 AM to 6 PM, IST.
  7. When using the messaging option, make sure to enable pop-up windows. The chat box will appear at the bottom right section of your monitor, and an agent will be with you after filling in the information needed. 

 

Provide the details to our representative so they can check on everything for you.
