Welcome to Community!  The QuickBooks Online Desktop App is currently being released for Canada.  At this time it's  in the early stages, and we are aware of current issues that our valued customer are experiencing.  Our Development Team is working on perfecting this, so you can access your account seamlessly.  In the interim, please use a web browser and sign in at qbo.ca.
