Has anyone else experienced this problem? I connect to my scotiabank fine through the 2 step verification successfully, it displays my totals in each scotia account, however it does not load any transactions since January 1st 2024.
I have not found anything in Apps.comI can make something that fits this use case if needed. I need to track fitness class package purchases and count down the balance of the package as used by attendance at class, Ideally, I could auto notify the bookkeeper or instructor when the student needs to purchase another package for more classes
I have been using the Sync with Square app to add my clients sales to QB but at the end of October I began getting an error message when I try and add certain transactions that says "We're sorry, Quickbooks encountered an error while calculating tax. Try reselecting the tax rate or reentering the product/service." I have checked the tax rates on all the items in the transaction and all of them have the correct tax rates selected in both Quickbooks and Square. Quickbooks tells me this is an error with Square and Square tells me this is an error with Quickbooks when I call support. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop this problem from happening so I don't have to manually enter these transactions?
A client is using Wagepoint for payroll. I have them connected but an not sure how this integration works. What would the workflow be?

A lot of my customers, invoices, and sales receipts are not showing up in the iPhone app. When I go to Quickbooks online, they are there.

We are having glitches with QBO not matching the products and services due to the many different modifiers in Square. Is there any way to turn off the modifiers when the sale comes over to QBO? Honestly, we are only keeping track of three different sale categories for the P & L
I ran the transaction detail report for Feb - Apr and still see many transactions that should be in project costs but aren't.
My company has tried to integrate a number of different AP automation platforms with QBO, currently we are using Beanworks, and have tried others such as Tipalti and Yooz. The Integration works mostly fine, however we consistently have an issue getting the PO number field on our bills to sync between Quickbooks and the other programs. There is a field for the PO in both QBO (it is a custom field) and the other platforms, but for some reason those fields are not able to be mapped to each other. It has come up a few times that QBO is not pushing certain fields into the AP platforms and that is the reason the mapping will not work. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this before, and if there is a way around it or a recommended platform they would suggest? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
