Hello tariq,

Integrating your POS platform with QuickBooks is a great way to ensure that your sales transactions are recorded accurately and efficiently. Typically there's an option for a third-party app that will enable the connection between the two. Let me show you how to explore those options.

To check out the Apps that are available, you can navigate to the Apps section from the left menu. Use the Search field to type key words and look for apps that'll sync with your POS software. I did a quick search and wasn't able to locate CStore or anything similar, but it's possible that Petrosoft might recommend another intermediary that'll allow you to make the connection.

If the transactions can be pulled as a .CSV or Excel file, you can also consider navigating to the Gear icon and selecting Import data. You'll be able to download a sample file and an import guide to walk you through the process of importing your invoices into the system.

Lastly, I did some research on the Petrosoft website and came across a resource that indicates that the connection between Petrosoft and QuickBooks is for those using QuickBooks Desktop rather than the Online version. Check out the link I shared to read more on that.

Sometimes there aren't apps to sync certain softwares to QuickBooks, in which case you can submit feedback to our product development team for consideration. If there's enough feedback requesting a specific feature or function, you'll be more likely to see that feature crop up on our New Features page in the future, letting you know that your request was heard.

Let me know if there's more I can do to help, and enjoy the week ahead.

Afaik, it only supports QB Desktop. You may utilize a migration tool as a workaround.
