How to synchronize desktop on line with the mobile app

Congrats on your first post in the Community. QuickBooks is a versatile program that's designed to help you streamline your accounting. I'll be happy to share more info and help point you towards the right direction so you can continue to do the things you enjoy the most. 

Since QuickBooks Online operates on the cloud, this means that your data is automatically synced. You can access all your data by simply logging into your account using the mobile app or the web-browser. It's important to note that the QB Online Desktop app is no longer supported in Canada. You can access your account by visiting www.qbo.ca on a web-browser or on the mobile app. Once you're on the site, look for the Sign-in option at the top right side and enter your login information. Once you're logged in you'll be able to access your info and use QuickBooks as normal.
