Question

I am unable to see expense images in the app but can see them in a web browser. How do I view them in the app?

Hello kmcgriskin,

 

Welcome back to the Community. It's great to learn you're using QuickBooks to help streamline your accounting. The program offers a variety of tools and resources that give you the flexibility you need in order to manage your work with peace of mind. I'll be happy to share more info so you can continue to do the thing you love. 

 

In order to view the image attached to an expense in the mobile app, open the expense in question and navigate to where it says NOTES & ATTACHMENTS. Here you can view the images you're looking for. I encourage you to try this out and let me know how you make out. I'll be a message away in case you have other questions.

Hi James thanks for the reply.  None of my attachments show up in the app and only show up in a browser.

Thanks for reaching out here.  It's important that you're able to review the images of your receipts on your mobile device.  QuickBooks Online receipt feature is a great way to add your expenses effortlessly.  I'll be happy to assist!

 

In this situation, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app.  This will help to ensure it's up to date and functioning as designed.   Give this a try and let us know!
