I am using the Connect to Square app for quickbooks. Under the settings, the only way to track items is by name. I need to be able to track by SKU

For example, I have a category in square and quickbooks, called "Sheet Sets", in the category, in square, I have the item "Comfort Plus Sheet Sets 1800" and under variations, Twin XL, Double/Full, Queen, King. In Quickbooks, the items are named "Comfort Plus Sheet Sets 1800 Twin XL", "Comfort Plus Sheet Sets Double/Full" etc.

    It appears that the Connect to Square app primarily tracks items by name for the time being. I can understand that this would be something you'd like to see in the software. 

     

    I suggest sending a comment to our engineers by clicking on the Gear icon and Feedback. Your comments are considered by our developers when creating new features and reports for future updates of QuickBooks Online.
