QB Self Employed has the ability to download the MileIQ data via CSV file option, however the MileIQ Canadian version only has the XLS and PDF file options.  Are there any work arounds for this issue? Is anything in the works to correct the issue?

I have this same problem. I have found multiple questions to Quickbooks regarding this & it seems to have not been answered anywhere. This is troubling to say the least.
