Is anybody familiar with Ag Expert accounting software? Is it possible to import a file from Ag Expert to QBD?I am scheduled to be the new treasurer for a small non-profit organization, and the current treasurer is using Ag Expert. I am more familiar with QB, and just wondering how easy would it be to export from AE, then import into QB?
How can we send invoice through quickbook notification email?I am using desk pro. The email I sent looks not beautiful and I want my invoice sent by quickbook notification email.
I have a client who uses Quickbooks Enterprise 19.0 multiuser, but they also have a third party app that requires some information syncing, so the fix has been to put the Quickbooks Web Connector in place for that component. This works well, with one issue, & that issue is that you have to have Quickbooks open on the same device that the Web Connector is running on which in this case is the server. So the issue that comes up is whenever they need to switch to single user mode they need me to remote into the server & shut down quickbooks, & then re-open quickbooks when they are done & then restart the web connector. This is incredibly inconvenient, & unfortunately nobody has been able to assist me with a fix for this. They are using: Quickbooks Enterprise 19.0 with Quickbooks Web Connector 2.3.0.36. I'd really like to put this issue to bed if anyone has any suggestions. Thank you, Jim
I am using Quickbooks Online Advanced Payroll and thought that we would be able to import TSheets hours, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Am I missing something?
I need my employees to input their hours worked on a job into a Service/Work Order along with inventory items used on that job and a description of the work they did. Attachments of drawings may need to be added to the service order as well. I need the shop foreman to be able to schedule all employees in a calendar with drag and drop format. The inputted data will be used to do payroll and create invoices for customers.
Hi, I have a problem with formatting excel to IIF files which can be uploaded to QB. I am sick and tired of manually doing this. I am using a 3rd party app. from BRC. Their instructions and tech help is more than cryptic so my question to you all is if you know of another 3 party which has a user-friendly IIF conversion. So I don't have to spend endless hours on trying to format the excel file the right way. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, do you know of any consultants that will do it for me? Whatever, I am not just into wasting time. Many thanks in advance.
Does anyone use a 3rd party purchase order system that integrates with QuickBooks Desktop Pro?
We have our QuickBooks enterprise on a hosted computer, and so part of that is the web connector to sync it between Salesforce and QuickBooks. The computer shuts down every 8 hours or so of inactivity, and we're wondering if there is a way to have the Web Connector run through a terminal, and run itself? Can you also log into QuickBooks through the terminal so that we can schedule automatic tasks to do this? I hope that makes sense.
