Is there a way to speak to a human? My android app is not working correctly. The account doesn't seem to be linked. The "help" options take me in circles.

I'm logging in with the same email address as I do online with my PC, but the Android app doesn't seem to be connecting to my account. There is no saved information using the app. I've tried connecting with someone using the help button, and it always ends up giving me a link to connect, and then I tap it and it asks me the same questions all over again, leading me to going in circles. I can't find a phone number to just speak with someone. This is really annoying as I have some work that needs to be done and I'm fooling around with this app just to pull up a client's phone number up, as phone numbers are not displayed on estimates.

It's nice to see you reaching out to Community.  Having the ability to access your account from any where is essential for establishing your daily bookkeeping tasks.  With QuickBooks Online being a cloud based accounting software, logging into your account is possible at any time.  I'll be happy to provide the information you need to you can get back to business as soon as possible.

 

I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app to ensure it's up to date and then log into your QuickBooks account using a web browser.
