Is there anybody else experience the consistent crashes with the app for iOS?

Welcome to the Community. Being able to access your account is essential for keeping track of your books. QuickBooks Online is a great program that gives you the ability to easily track your sales and expenses. I'd be glad to help.

I'd recommend that you refresh the QuickBooks app by following these steps.

For iOS;

1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback and then Refresh Data
2. Tap Refresh to confirm.

I encourage you to uninstall and reinstall the app. If the steps provided don't work, I recommend that you contact our customer support team as they can have a closer look at how to resolve this. Here are some options available to reach out to our team.
