On my mobile app, I denied quickbooks access to my phone . I also said not to remind me again. I cannot use the snap reciept function. How do I provide access.?

I also looked at my phone app settings and the quickbook app has access to my camera. Do I need to reinstall the app?

Hi Andrew5440.

Using the receipt capture feature of the QuickBooks Online App is a great way to save time and effort when entering your bills and purchases. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction for this.

Generally the permissions feature is found in your phones settings. Since every phone is different I recommend reaching out to your phone provider or manufacturer on how to access this aspect if you can't find it in the settings.

If you have any questions let us know and we'd be happy to help.

Hi there Andrew5440,

It's vital that all your transactions are correctly entered correctly for your accounts to have the right balance. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you access your books from anywhere with an internet connection. I can point you in the right direction for assistance.

One other step to try would be to delete the app from your device, then install it once more. This could prompt your phone to ask you once again for permission. You can also try going to the settings of your phone and finding the Apps section to see which permissions are given to QuickBooks to attempt to modify it from there.
