Payees not showing in expenses on android mobile app

Thanks for turning to the QuickBooks Community for support. I'd be happy to help! 

 

After investigating, I am able to see the payees in my test account. In this case, there may be a few reasons as to why your unable to see the list on your app. I suggest trying these steps to see if they help:

 

  • Make sure you are connected to the internet
  • Refresh the data in the Apple or Play store
  • Restart your Phone or Tablet
  • You can also try uninstalling the application and reinstalling it.
  • Try on the QuickBooks Online website.
