RBC Error Code 187

I have been having issues connecting to RBC in the past few months due to RBC Error 187 which indicated that my answers to security was incorrect. I have requested support from QB since January but they have yet to resolve the error. 

The error code is due to having enabled RBC's 2 step authentication, once you disable it, you should be able to log in and link RBC to QB with no problems.
