Started QB pmts 5 days ago. Sent $5.00 pmt to test. The cc was charged, but pmt has still not shown up in my business account. Should QB support check for a problem?

QuickBooks offers a versatile online payments module that allows you to get paid faster so you can do the things you love. 

If you're processing your first payment on your account, your funds are deposited into your bank account within five business days. This may be the reason why you're not seeing the payment in your account yet.
