Stuck! Creating new product service on the app will not save. Using Samsung note 2.0 ultra. Tried logging in/out

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to enter your products and services on your Samsung Note 2.0 ultra, and perform any other tasks from anywhere at anytime.  QuickBooks Online is the ultimate cloud based accounting software, to help you meet your daily bookkeeping goals.  The situation you're currently experiencing is something I'd be happy to help you with.

 

There's usually a couple of things you can do and we'll start with resetting the app.  Here's how:

 

1. Swipe up,  on an empty spot on your Home screen to open the Apps tray

2. Select Settings, General Management, Reset

3. Hit Reset Settings

4. Enter your security lock, if prompted

5. Choose Reset and wait for your device to finish the process

 

If you have the same experience when entering your products or services, I recommend uninstalling the app and then reinstall it to ensure it's up to date.
