Why did I receive a notice that this app will not be supported after april 20th?

Many people have enjoyed the convenience of logging in through the QuickBooks Online Desktop App. Instead of being split between the app and the browser, our awesome product development team can now fully focus on the internet browser and continue working towards product growth. I can explain what this means to your service.

 

The mobile app is unaffected by this change; this notice is only for the QuickBooks Online Desktop app. If you already have it installed on your device, you'll be able to continue using it; however, you may have a better experience by using an internet browser. The desktop app will no longer be updated or supported by our customer service agents. You can continue to access your QuickBooks Online account anywhere you have an internet connection.
