I have been printing payroll checks for years in QB. I print on the "Standard" checks; three per page. All of a sudden, they are not lining up on the page. The top check is way too low; middle check is perfect; bottom check is a little too high. I tried the alignment feature in QB, but it only printed the top check as a test. I need to make sure all three checks are going to align correctly. Any suggestions?
I am working on a non-profit org books and it is mostly about caregiving to elders. Purchase of medicines are recorded in the inventory to monitor the stocks.. When a medicine is released to a particular patient, a customer invoice is prepared so that I will be able to monitor the total cost of medicines dispensed for each patient. The problem is that these are now being recorded as Sales and as Receivables to the patient which should not be. What could be the work around for this kind of transaction? Thanks
I'm developing a product with my business and for that, I'm hiring developers. I think this is like a long-term investment in the company but is it? What chart of account is best to put the bills from the developers under?
