I've always used the QB mileage tracker. More recently, it's started draining the battery and overheating my phone. This didn't used to happen. Surely this is a recent bug? Anyone have any fixes? Thank you
I've been creating and editing invoices in QBO for a few years now. Starting last week when I wanted to edit an invoice and again today when I wanted to create a new invoice, the SAVE button at the bottom right side of Invoice screen is not active and does not work? Frustrating to say the least. IS anybody else experiencing this problem? How do I save my new and edited invoices? HELP!
Is anyone else having trouble with the Pro Advisor Certification? I have completed lesson 1 of Level 1 and it won't let me take the test. It says the lesson isn't complete but it is. I messaged QB but don't want to wait 2 days for their response.

Usually, the description in bank transactions matches in some way to the memo in the transaction. But recently, it's completely wrong sometimes, making categorization very difficult. See attached image where the description is "intuit" which is wrong, but it's clearly a deposit from Stripe in the memo (which is correct).
Looking for clarification... I may be overthinking this. Our company paid a transport company to deliver a truck for us, and they cracked the windshield. The cost to replace it was $900, which we paid to the dealer. The transport company reimbursed us the $900 via PayPal. Is this a straightforward "bill" to pay the dealer and then create an invoice for the payment from the transport company - showing as income?

Hi! I have one credit card that will not download into QuickBooks Online. It's not an option to add it manually, either (the bank is not listed). And, to make it more complicated, this credit card does not have the option to download in any format at all. I'm manually entering the transactions.***My question is this ... how do I get an Account Card for this credit card to show up on my Bank Transactions page?*** Once again, QuickBooks Online will not allow for downloads or syncing of this card, and there is no option to download transactions manually from the card website. I appreciate your help!
My Power BI report has been connected to quickbooks and pulling in the general ledger table for many months now. This is the query I use:letSource = QuickBooks.Tables(),generalledger = Source{[Key="generalledger"]}[Data]ingeneralledger Yesterday, Power BI stopped being able to load the general ledger table, although other quickbooks tables can be loaded. When trying to load the general ledger table, I get the message, "waiting for Quickbooks" indefinitely until I get a timeout a few hours later.
