Add time entries all at once for invoicing in QBO

The latest version of QBO removes the "add all" button for time entries within invoicing. How do you add all entered time, for a given month, all at once? The previous version had an "add all" button. Clicking it would load all time for the month into the invoice. I'm not able to locate that same functionality in the new version, which means I'm stuck entering entries — which could total 30 to 50 entries — one by one.

I understand the need to efficiently group or add all-time entries to the new invoice experience. Currently, this option is unavailable in the recent update.

 

Let me share information when managing customer sales forms and time transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

 

With the latest update, you can only manually add each time entry to the current invoice created. For now, I recommend sending a request to our software engineers to take your ideas into account and include them in future product updates. To do this:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click the Gear icon at the top, then choose Feedback.
  3. Enter the new features you would like us to add in the description box.
  4. Select Next to submit feedback.
