Adjusting clock out time

I have problems wherein my members will edit their clock out time. There are instances when they clocked out not on time and edit it and it shows they clocked out the exact time. I want this to stop. I think ir has something to do with the settings but not sure where and how to disable it. Please i need help

I know a way to stop your team members from editing their clock-out time in QuickBooks, @andiie46.

 

We can review the Company Settings and make sure to turn off the permission to allow them to adjust their clock-out time. I'll guide you on how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Time account.
  2. Go to the Company Settings, then click Time Options.
  3. From the Time Entry tab, uncheck the Allow team members to adjust clock-out time.


     
  4. Hit Save once done.
