If you haven't processed payroll yet, let's unapprove the time logged in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. This action will unlock all hours from the current date back to the dates shown in the report. Doing this will help avoid duplicates and maintain an organized record.
Here's how:
- Navigate to the Time menu on the left panel of your company and select Time entries to open the Time screen.
- From there, filter the information to display the time data and employee's name.
- Click the Unapprove link and select Unapprove and unlock time option to confirm the action.
