Cannot login. Email not recognised.

Dear Quickbooks Time Support.

 

I cannot login to my account.

And I'm the Master Admin.

 

When trying to login, i just get an error message saying: "We can't find anyone with (email)"

I'm still logged in on the IOS app on my iPhone, where I can see all my account info, and everything looks fine.

 

I've tried all, i think.

Also tried to click "I forgot my user ID or password" > "Try something else"

But think I can't get any further, since your site dont accept a danish social security number.

 

So a little help would be appreciated, asap!

I'm here to help on this issue so that you can log in to your QuickBooks account, @ksn_avcenter_dk.

 

You can update your Intuit account by going to this website accounts.intuit.com. From there, you can keep your account information up to dates such as your User ID, email, and password. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to accounts.intuit.com
  2. Enter your Email or User ID. and select Sign in
  3. Click on Text or Email a code. 
  4. Enter in the verification code and hit Continue. 
  5. Select Sign-in & Security.
  6. Choose the box that says Password. 
  7. Enter in the New Password.

 

I'll add this article as your reference on how to update company information: Change your business name, contact info, or EIN in QuickBooks Online.

 

Also, your QuickBooks account will only accept the US social security number and not the Danish social security number. That said make sure to enter the correct one since you subscribe to the QuickBooks account US version.

 

In addition, we can access your QuickBooks account through a private browsing window. This will help us determine if this is a browser-related issue since this mode doesn't save site data and cache files. You can press Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome, Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox, and ⌘ + Shift + N for Safari web browser. 

 

Once you're in, let's try to access your account from there. If you can sign in, we'll have to go back to your normal browser and perform a clear cache to clean up your system. Doing this process will also enhance your browsing experience.

 

Other supported browsers are good alternatives, too. Each of them uses a different cache.

I have exactly the same problem why does company information that’s OK for an IPhone 13 need to be updated for a Laptop?

 

It’s the same pain in the neck problem 3 months just to complete a VAT return that can’t be done on a phone I thought you were supposed to be the professionals

Some of the more advanced features are only available on the web version of QuickBooks due to the amount of data that they require. You should, however, be able to access the app and web version using the same Intuit account details.
