Discrepancies between employee worked hours and pay when clocking in and out
Im having issues where employees are short weekly in their checks. We use Quickbooks time, and they log in and out everyday at various locations, and jump between jobs. Time short may vary between 3 hours to 10 hours a week, never the same. We work in a rural area, and we have gps location services enabled. Im wondering if the spotty service may be causing these issues. All three users having issues are using Android devices. Im being told that the workforce app is different on each users device, and shows differently than the others do. Any help is appreciated!
