Editing an approved tsheet

I'm glad to see you posting here in the Community. I can help you move the project number to the correct entry in QuickBooks Time.

Since you've edited the entry, but the issue persists, the browser's stored cache may be full. It can cause unusual results, such as information not reflecting changes to the project number. 

I'd suggest you start by logging into your account using a private browser. It doesn't store data in the cache and will be a great way to isolate browser-related issues. 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift +N

From there, let's check if you can see the changes to the information. If yes, let's clear your browser's cache to refresh QuickBooks and to function efficiently. If private browsing doesn't work, use other supported web engines to get the best and most secure experience with the program.
