I'm here to ensure you can approve your employee timesheets, btallon.

Yes. You can still approve your employee timesheets even if they're flagged. I've added the steps below:

  1. Go to Approvals.
  2. Select the report dates, team members, and select Run Report.
  3. Select either Check all unapproved, or select individual team members.
  4. Select Approve Selected Users.
  5. Alternatively, select Approve next to the team member's name individually.

For more details, please see this article: Approve, Unapprove, and Reject Timesheets in QuickBooks Time.

Meanwhile, the flagged errors could be due to enabling any battery saver apps and turning off the GPS tracking.

We're unable to remove the errors at the moment. The employee's time entries are still part of their working hours. You can also advise your employee to do the following tasks to make sure it won't happen again:

  • Turn on the device.
  • Turn GPS/Location services on.
  • Turn Airplane mode on, then off again to reset all wireless radios.
  • Ensure Location Services is enabled for the QuickBooks Time app and is set to high accuracy (Android) or precise location (iOS).
  • Disable any battery saver settings or apps.
  • Reset Location and Network Settings.

Hi. So When I want to Approve my employee timesheets for payroll, I have one employee that has 2 flags next to 2 timesheets. This is what it looks like when I open it up. What I am wanting to know can I still approve the timesheet with the timesheets being flagged? It looks like the error has something to do with her phone and not an actual manual logging error. Please advise.
