Employees report that their Time Clock Notes entries are being lost

Hello,

 

We've had several employees report that the notes they enter into the Time Clock are being altered or not recorded at all. Originally, We thought it was a browser issue, so tried the usual: different browser, private tab, clearing cookies and site data. The issue persists.
