Empolyee App not syncing
Anyone else have employees who's apps are not syncing with the online administrator system? It can be multiple employees who have different carriers and iphones or androids. They have all deleted the app/reinstalled, turned off phones/repowered, updated software. One employee found that if he closed the app after every clock in/out it would sync 3 out 5 times, but not always. On my end I have used multiple browsers, cleared cookies/cache etc. This has been an ongoing issue for us and QB has been no help at all.
