Exporting and importing information

Maintaining synchronized data offers immediate insight into hourly costs and project expenses within QB Time, @cyndip2010. I'll assist in exporting your customers from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Time.

To synchronize customers' data, follow these steps: Go to the QB Time platform and click on the QuickBooks Payroll section next to the (?) Help button. Then, select Import.

After that, you can verify if all customers have been imported by checking the Sync Reports section. Return to the QuickBooks Payroll section and click View Sync log.

Moreover, your employees can view and print their pay stubs online or in the Workforce mobile app. Once you invite them and set up their account, they can view their paycheck details, time off balances, and total pay for the year.
