Hours by Team Member reprot - what is "Shift Total" column?

I've run the following report:

Reports - Tracking - Hours by Team Member

Using "Custom Date Range" 

Grouping by Team Member, then by 2nd level jobs

 

In the Grid report that I download, there is a column for "Shift Total" -- and that isn't one of our defined jobs... I'm wondering what that column is tracking?

You've selected the right report to track your team members' work hours, Rettmann. I'll explain the purpose of the Shift Total column to help you understand the collected data better.

 

The Hours by Team Member report will provide your team members' total hours. The Shift Total column shows the total number of shifts each of them has rendered for that specific date range.
