Thanks for a swift reply, @rbogere. We know how important for you to close multiple purchase orders at once. This time, allow us to share some valuable info.

The QuickBooks Premier Accountant Edition 2018 doesn't have the ability to close multiple purchase orders at once. This feature is only available to those newly released versions that aren't available in your region.  What we can do right now is to manually close each purchase order to clear it.

If you want to learn more about the Accounts Payable workflow since purchase orders are part of it, you can click this article: Accounts Payable workflows in QuickBooks Desktop.

Hey there, @rbogere.

Thanks for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community.

I'm happy to lend a hand with closing multiple open purchase orders at once. All you'll need to do is follow the steps I've included below.

  1. Click on the Vendors menu at the top of the screen.
  2. Choose Bill Tracker.
  3. In the Type section, choose Purchase Order. Then, select Open as the status.
  4. Choose all purchase orders you wish to close at once.
  5. From the bottom of the screen, click on Batch Actions, then tap on Close Purchase Orders.

That should do the trick. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with. Have a good one!

We appreciate you getting back here in the thread, @rbogere.

We aim to provide the most accurate resolution to help sort out your concern as soon as possible. That said, we'd like to ask more details about your query. Can we ask what version of QuickBooks Desktop you're using? Also, in what region you're using it? This way, we can give you the best possible troubleshooting so you can utilize the Bill Tracker option.
