how to enable the grant type in Quickbook Time

I want to integrate a desktop app with Quickbook Time , api call to get the access token results in Grant type not specified as the error while i have already specified the grant type as authorisation code 'authorization_code'.

Do i have to manually enable the Grant type in the app.
