How to turn off billable on timesheet entries?

Hello,

 

I am trying to disable the billable option in quickbooks. After going to setting and then time and then diabling billable in QuickBooks Online it is still showing up as an option when employees go to enter time into Quickbooks Time/TSheets.

The option you just disabled from the settings is for QuickBooks Online alone. That explains why the billable option is visible when employees enter their time in QuickBooks Time/TSheets.

 

To turn off the billable option on the timesheet entries, you can change it directly within the software. Please proceed to these steps:

 

  1. Go to the QuickBooks menu in QuickBooks Time.
  2. From there, choose Preferences.
  3. Select the Require billable yes/no choice option.
