I tried to import a new employee with the Gusto button in the upper right corner of the Tsheet page and got an error. Is there a new way to sync employees from Gusto?

It worked a couple of weeks ago but now it seems like Gusto has made some changes to how it interacts with TSheets but I don't know how to sync employees since this change.

QuickBooks Time is only dependent on the data your third party provides, which is the Gusto application. Considering this, I recommend contacting them directly to update you about their current mapping of data to TSheets.

 

Right after, log back into TSheet and access the Gusto button in the upper right corner of the page to sync your new employee.

 

Once you have everything in place, generate a payroll report using QuickBooks Time to ensure the imported data is correct and accurate. This will help you verify that everything is on track.
