Question

My service agreement changed when quickbooks took over last month!

Has anyone else encountered having tsheets change the way they bill you in January and then avoid any communication and cut out the chat feature? This is super unprofessional and I am wondering if anyone else is encountering this? My billing went up 10x and they do not seem to want to solve this issue. I am now looking to move my business away from Intuit.

I'm glad you reached out, @MP1985.

I'd like to thank you for your patience on this.  We're currently investigating an issue where our chat is not working and hope to have this resolved quickly.

In the meantime, I was able to take a look into your account and see that your case was escalated and that someone should be reaching out if they haven't already.

If you haven't yet heard from anyone, please let me know as we'd love to follow up to make sure you're taken care of.

I look forward to hearing from you and getting this taken care of. Have a wonderful rest of your afternoon!

Hi QB,

I've heard this now 4 times and each time I stay on the phone for an hour or more. No one has reached out from the department or who has had the authority to fix it. Only through email by trying a variety of numbers have I been able to contact someone. No one has phoned me, but many have promised.

Please don't say you look forward to connecting if you don't intend to call.

Good afternoon @MP1985 ! I checked with my team and heard we were able to get in touch yesterday. Were they able to resolve the issue for you?

@MP1985

They are many 3rd party time tracker apps supporting QuickBooks.
