Projects don't connect to QB online time

Our projects don't connect to QB Online time. I've read all the answers from the community and none of them have helped me with the issue. I put in projects everyday and when my boss goes to QB time, none of them are there. I have a link with instructions to Turn On Projects in QB's Online Accountant, but I can't follow it on my computer. 

 

Select Settings

Select Company settings

Select Advanced tab

Find the Projects section and select Edit to expand it

Select Save, then OK to confirm

 

After Advanced tab, I can't follow it.

  1. In the QuickBooks Time web app, click the Find answers and get help  icon to open the help panel.
  2. Choose Post a Question to open a new window with a form to ask your support question in the community.
