QB Time removed the "Position" field from employee timesheets on 10/30/23
QB Time removed the "Position" field from employee timesheets on 10/30/23 and haven't yet repaired it. Now I have to contact each employee and ask them which contract they were working on and manually enter each one. I tried the QB Time help chat, but I have now spent more than an hour with no results. (She said "they were having difficulty with QuickBooks" -- but they are QuickBooks!) When will your software engineers fix this? I understand the need to update, but you should test first the updates before going live.
How will you be reimbursing your customers for the time your software was not functioning?
