QB Time Subscription

We are a company in Spain that is subscribed to Time in the USA because this product is not available in Europe. I wish to add a subscription for an associate company but am unable to do so because the address options only allow US states.

Our current subscription has a Spanish address. I spent an hour with "customer service" trying to get this resolved but gave up after I was transferred to another department for the 5 th time.

 

Please help!

Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community, Ynot199. Let me provide details on how purchasing a subscription works in QuickBooks. I'll also ensure you can add another one for your associate company.

 

When you purchase and set up the US version of QuickBooks Time, the system will only allow you to enter an address in the United States. Using another region is currently not possible, thus you have to use the right address that QuickBooks accepts.

 

On the other hand, I suggest reviewing the address being used in your current subscription. This is to further verify the info entered in your company information.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Company Settings on the left panel.
  2. Choose Company Details.
  3. Go to the address field at the bottom and check the details.

Hi ChristieAnn

Thank you for your reply, However if what you are saying is correct why does our current subscription to Time (US)  have a Spanish Address. All I want to do is add another subscription to this for an associate company.

I can certainly understand how an ability start a US-based subscription for a Spain-based company could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.

 

You can also submit your own feedback while using the QuickBooks Time computer app.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. Go to our QuickBooks Time Help page.
  2. Scroll to the bottom, then click Suggest an idea.
  3. Enter your feedback and hit Post a new idea or Vote for an existing idea.
  4. Choose a category if necessary.
  5. Describe the feedback.
  6. Select Post idea.
