The option to assign employees to multiple groups is unavailable in QB Time. The system will only allow one group per employee. I can see how the functionality would be beneficial to your business. I'd recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program.
Here's how to submit feedback:
- Access your QuickBooks Time Account.
- Navigate to the Help section.
- Click Suggest Idea.
- Enter your idea, then select Send Idea.
