Upon checking here on my end, we have an ongoing investigation about invalid invitation links in the Outlook desktop app. We recommend contacting our Support Team. This way, you'll be added as one of the affected users so that you'll be notified about its status. 

Here's how to contact us:

1. Go to the Help icon, then select the Search tab. 
2. Choose Contact Us. 
3. Enter a brief description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field. 
4. Click Continue, then choose Chat or Callback.

Occasionally, links on support websites are updated or redesigned. QBO doesn't have control over these changes.

Since you were unable to locate the support websites, we can use these links as a workaround if you're trying to access your Intuit account:
