Employee is receiving an error message-You don't have access to this company- when clicking on QB time invitation. She is an employee in QBO but I cannot get her access to QB Time when sending the invitation multiple times. I have done this over the last year several times and can't figure out how to get this employee active in QB Time.

    To do that:

     

    1. Sign in to your QB Time account.
    2. Go to Help and select Product Help.
    3. Click Contact Us.
    4. Enter a brief description of your concern, then Continue.
    5. Select Chat with us or Have us call you.
