QuickBooks Time GPS Tracking

Starting on July 21, 2023 the GPS stopped tracking all employees. It will sometimes track one, but usually tracks none. The whole reason we started using T-Sheets was to be able to track our employees. Since QB has taken over, the system seems to have degraded in quality. Customer service is a joke as I have called multiple times, recieving all kinds of positive affirmations in the world for my problem, but no one has fixed it, provided a solutions, said the technical team is working on it, nor provided any good reason why. Seems just another QB reason to take your money and provide a subpar program.

We'd like to know if you've already performed any basic browser troubleshooting and if not, we recommend doing so. Each browser collects temporary internet files to help you improve your browsing experience. However, too many of them can cause your operation to slow down or get stuck. You'll want to access your account in an incognito or private browser. Use these shortcut keys:

Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
Safari: Command+Shift+N

Once you're in, try to check if the GPS tracker works. If it works and you're able to get through, you can proceed to clear your browser's cache. Refer to this article for the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
