Report which shows upcoming vacation and time off requests?

I need a report to distribute at production meetings to see who has requested " time off  " both approved and unapproved time off.   We would also use this report for scheduling workers for workflow?

 

What report shows who has asked off for the next few weeks or few months?

I would like to be able to narrow it down to dates in the future
I would specifically like to see vacation requests. 
Vacation requested is 

I dont care about anything in the past, only the future.

Hi, LDO. Let me guide you through the steps with the closest report that can be pull up to see who requested time-off.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Time.
  2. Select Time Reports.
  3. Choose Payroll Report.

 

       4. Choose the future date.

       5. Click Run Report.

 

 

       6.  Hit Report Exports.

       7. Select Individual Timesheets. It will be downloaded.

 

 

QuickBooks Time doesn't have the exact report for this concern. However, you can send feedback to help the developers understand your needs about running an exact report for time off requests of employees.

The report you suggested is terrible.  It does not show upcoming timeoff requests.   It does lists hundreds of transactions.  All I want to see is upcoming time off requests so that i can plan for the future.
