Some of our service items that our employees clock in to have suddenly stopped exporting to quickbooks online when we export payroll. They look to be correctly mapped. Does anyone know why this happening? Thanks!

Let's export your data from QuickBooks Time to QuickBooks Online with one click, Janine.

 

If there’s an issue syncing time between your QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Online accounts, you can manually export your data to QuickBooks Online using these steps:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks Time.
  2. Hit the Sync Menu at the top.
  3. Click Export Approved Time.

 

If you haven't yet, you may need to approve time first before doing so. Additionally, I recommend checking the sync log to obtain sync reports and find out what's wrong. To view the sync long, follow these steps:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks Time.
  2. Click the Sync Menu.
  3. Select View Sync Log.
