I've created Service Items for 2 new hires.  both are showing as "assigned to all" in QB Time.  How do I change this setting?

You can simply modify the settings by going to the timesheet and deselecting the Assigned to All option, @GALB. Allow me to walk you through the process.

To ensure the service items are not set as Assigned to all for the two new hires, you'll have to uncheck the relevant checkbox for each employee. This will help tailor the assignments specifically for the new hires. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Time Sheets.
  2. In the left navigation panel, select Customers.
  3. Locate the specific new hires and click the Edit icon.
  4. Uncheck the Assign to all team members box.
  5. Verify your changes and click Save.

After completing the adjustments, check if the service items for the two new hires have been correctly updated or if they still show as Assigned to all.
