SYNC TIMEKEEPING FOR A PRIMARY ACCOUNT THAT ALSO HAS AN EMPLOYEE ACCOUNT

I have two accounts as an owner and employee.  My primary account and employee accounts for timekeeping need to be synchronized for proper accounting in U.S. government DCAA standards.  How can I do this?  Thank you.  R/Chris
