T Sheets convert to QBO

Timesheets can't be directly converted to QuickBooks Online, Kimberlyper. However, we can disconnect TSheets from your QuickBooks Desktop and link it to your QuickBooks Online account. Ensuring it connects accurately with QuickBooks Online is crucial for time tracking and payroll processes. Let’s work together to get your Timesheets data synced with your new QuickBooks Online setup.

To begin, you can follow the steps below:
 

1. Log into your TSheets account and go to the settings or integration section.
2. Remove the QuickBooks Desktop link. This will give you a clean slate for connecting.

1. In your account, go to the Integrations tab and select QuickBooks Online. Follow the prompts to authorize the connection.
2. Lastly, open QuickBooks Online. to ensure that TSheets can securely access your QBO data.

Once all are connected, configure the integration settings. Ensure names, time entries, and payroll items are mapped between Time and QuickBooks. Lastly, once all is confirmed you can export all the transactions.
