Tsheets Not flowing

We have an employee who is on the pro version of quickbooks.  Although she has clocked in, and the system does retain her time information, it is not flowing through to the owner's side for payment.  How can we fix this?

Can I ask which subscription you currently have integrated with Tsheets? Additionally, have there been any recent changes in your QuickBooks account settings or in the affected employee's profile that may have occurred at the same time as this issue?
